By using Paysigur's payment services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Our platform provides payment processing tools for merchants. Users assume full responsibility for their business operations and interactions with customers.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.
All financial transactions are processed securely through our payment infrastructure. Paysigur does not store sensitive credit card or banking information on our servers.
Any disputes related to payments are subject to the policies of the respective payment provider and Paysigur's dispute resolution procedures. Settlement timelines are outlined at onboarding.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and may be reported to relevant authorities.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform if we detect fraudulent activity, security violations, or breach of these terms. In such cases, pending settlements may be held pending investigation.
You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Outstanding balances will be settled according to the payout schedule in effect at the time of termination.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paysigur shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the platform.
Our total cumulative liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Paysigur in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wyoming.
These terms were last updated in 2026. We may revise these terms from time to time and will notify users of material changes.
